Shipping Policy

We currently sell and ship to Switzerland (CH), Poland (PL), Belgium (BE), and Germany (DE). Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over €59.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Excluded Areas: We do not deliver to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any destinations outside the listed shipping areas.

If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days, get in touch and we'll sort it.
